Cleo began in 1936 as a small retail outlet in Dublin selling handknit sweaters from the Aran Islands. 

Since then, the Cleo Collection has grown, but the core principles have stayed the same: A love for the crafts and skills that express our Irishness, designs drawn from our heritage and the use of Irish natural fibers. 

Our vision is to connect our skilled knitters, weavers and taylors with the people who value and recognise craftsmanship, quality and sustainability.
